The Samyang 12mm F2.8 UMC II MFT Full Frame Camera Lens is a manual focus lens designed for full-frame sensor sizes. This portable lens realises various images both in long and short distance shooting.
You can control the lens precisely when shooting under various exposure environments including relatively dark or too bright situations. This lens features 12 lenses in 8 groups including 2 glass aspherical lenses (ASP), and 3 extra-low dispersion lenses (ED) to offer high resolution. Also, the Nano Coating System (NCS) of Samyang Optics is used to optimise the light penetration and minimises flare and ghosts. With such optical construction, it has 0.2m of minimum focal length to film subjects in the near distance.
There are 7 aperture blades designed to be almost as a full circle when the aperture is closed which expresses starlike rays clearly and beautifully. The frame of the lens is compact and solid since it is made of high-strength aluminium alloy so you can create trustworthy images. A detachable petal-shaped lens hood minimises flare and ghosts by sheltering the lens from unnecessary light.
