GOAL ZERO Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Power Hub
GOAL ZERO Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Power Hub
At your campsite, on your patio or in your home during a power outage, the Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Power Hub from Goal Zero will serve as a source of light and power for your devices. It’s a lamp with adjustable brightness up to 400 lumens, and a power pack that can charge phones and boost tablets. The Lighthouse 400 can be charged by solar, hand-crank or any USB port.
Two 3-watt warm white LEDs (3500 Kelvin) provide the light. The Dualite Direction Lighting feature gives you the option of using 360° light or using half the light to save power. A red-light mode is provided to communicate emergency status or preserve night-acclimated vision. Meanwhile, the internal 3.7V, 4400mAh battery is a power pack; plug your phone or device into the USB output for a charge. The Lighthouse 400 will charge in five hours from a USB port or 7 to 14 hours from a Goal Zero Nomad 7 solar panel. If neither option is available, use the hand crank – one minute of cranking will generate 10 minutes of light on low power.
You can stand the lantern on its fold-down legs or hang it from the folding hanpe. With legs folded up, it measures 4.5 x 5 x 6.5″ and weighs just over a pound.
