Add protection and a variety of accessories to your RED KOMODO 6K cinema camera with this black Camera Cage from Kondor Blue. The camera mounts onto the formfitting cage using top and bottom screws so it doesn’t twist or slip, and there is rubber padding on the base to protect the camera from scratching or moving. Its open design allows you to access all the camera’s ports and controls.
The cage offers ARRI-style rosettes on the left and right sides so you can add optional side handgrips or extension arms for 360° rotation. There are also 1/4″-20 threads and two integrated NATO rails on the sides with safety pins to prevent your accessories from sliding. On the top of the cage is an integrated NATO rail with multiple 1/4″-20 threads and a 3/8″-16 ARRI-style anti-twist thread for accessories such as a monitor, top handle, or microphone. On the bottom, there are 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 tripod mounting threads, and on the front are two threads for an optional lens support. A magnetic tool set including an Allen wrench stores in the base of the cage.
